Merger of Aros electronics AB and IRO AB

Dear Customer,

From today, Aros electronics AB and IRO AB will merge into one business unit. This business unit will be divided in three divisions:

1) Industrial Division

2) Vehicle Division

3) Textile Division

For you as a customer, your line of communication will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future.

This merger is to enhance our common position in existing markets.

The legal entities “Aros electronics AB” and “IRO AB” will remain unchanged.
